Confluence Joins The Mazzi Workplace Network
We are happy to welcome Confluence to the Mazzi Workplace network. Confluence, located in Lafayette, CO. offers private office rental, coworking, conference space, and special event space to the local community. They offer membership levels that work around the needs of their members. And, if you are not a member, but need space for the day, they are there for you too.
Tom and Kristin Hardie launched Lafayette’s first coworking space in 2014. Because they worked from home themselves, they understand how challenging it is. Understanding their own experiences, Tom and Kristin knew Lafayette needed a local hub for those who shared their work-from-home dilemmas.
Tom also works for the Boulder County Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience as a Business Sustainability Advisor. He is active in the local Lafayette community and likes to spend his free time outdoors with his family.
The Confluence team is proud to be an eco-friendly workspace! They are a Gold-certified Lafayette Green Business. They also work closely with Boulder County Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE).
Sustainability efforts are concentrated in four key areas, alternative Transportation, energy efficiency, waste stream diversion, and efficient water usage. Through formal and informal engagement of their community, Confluence is committed to maintaining awareness and promoting a positive dialog around the environment. They welcome input from the local business community and are committed to revisiting their actions and opportunities on an ongoing basis when managing Confluence operations.
