Work & Co., located in the heart of Miami Florida, opened their doors to their community in 2020. Their parent company, Karamgroup, understood the Miami’s need for flexible, shared office space, so they set out to help the city’s entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, startups, and small teams by creating Work & Co.
Their prime location is situated between Downtown Miami, Wynwood and Edgewater. Being in the epicenter of Miami’s creative and cultural districts, they offer a more pedestrian friendly atmosphere with incredible restaurants and shops. With an endless selection of options for dining, lodging and entertainment, Work & Co. brings a unique work-life balance to their members.
Work & Co. opened with 25 offices at 2915 Biscayne Blvd. and quickly filled their initial offices. With a model that was well received by their community, they built out an additional 85+ offices on a second floor at the same location.
